Returns and Exchanges

Bought it but don't love it? No problem. Here's how returns work:

For items that arrived broken or damaged. 
Let us know within 3 business days so that we can immediately file a USPS claim and resend you the item.

For unused stuff you don't want to keep.
Let us know within 30 days from the receipt of your item. Let's talk and determine if you want to do an exchange or refund. After your item has been returned and inspected we will issue the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
